Outdoor Enhancements was formed in 2021 when brothers-in-law Corey Hughes and Ryan Rust merged Hughes Property Services and Rust-Built. After closely partnering together on several projects, the Corey and Ryan owners made the decision to launch Outdoor Enhancements, allowing them to combine their years of construction experience to deliver high-quality decks, fences, and outdoor living spaces to more clients and expand their service area.

Corey Hughes
Corey Hughes is a US Air Force Veteran, husband, and father of three boys. He has been in the construction industry for 20 years. He started Hughes Property Services in 2017 after finding his passion for building custom decks.
RYAN RUST
Ryan Rust is first and foremost a husband and father, and launched Rust Built in 2019. He spent over 20 years working in corporate America, but ultimately decided that bringing other people’s outdoor dreams to reality was much more rewarding.
